Terms of Service
Platinum and Elite services are provided throughout the prospect’s high school and/or junior college career. There are no additional charges, regardless of the number of years involved. NSR agrees to use its influence to obtain exposure for the prospect; however, this does not guarantee that a scholarship will be offered. All information in the prospect’s profile or personal file shall be treated as confidential; however, authorization is hereby given to NSR to release information on the student to colleges. The prospect is responsible for choosing the colleges in all preference or target mailings.
NSR is an independent service, not affiliated with any college or university and does not market any individual’s ability or reputation. NSR is not obligated to video the prospect. The prospect is responsible for furnishing NSR with all raw footage of video to be edited into a master personal copy. Personal videotaping promised by an NSR representative is the responsibility of the NSR representative, not NSR.
Financial Services
The following options provide flexibility in paying for exposure services provided by NSR. All financial agreements are handled through NSR Financial Services. Applicant will be mailed a monthly statement. All payments are due starting the 15th of the month following the date of the contract with all future payments due on the 15th of the month. Payments not received by the 25th of the month will be assessed a $10.00 late fee. Applicants choosing to make monthly payments on a credit card will not receive monthly statements.
Payments may be extended for up to 18 months. Payments must be completed by May of the athlete’s graduation year.
MINIMUM DOWN PAYMENT: Platinum Contract - $1,500.00 Elite Conract - $1,000.00
PROCESSING FEES: The processing fee for financing any contract is $10.00 per month beginning in the fourth month. The first three (3) months are no charge.

4 months = $40.00 8 months = $80.00 12 months = $120.00 16 months = $160.00
5 months = $50.00 9 months = $90.00 13 months = $130.00 17 months = $170.00
6 months = $60.00 10 months = $100.00 14 months = $140.00 18 months = $180.00
