Paramount Scouting Bureau

Athletic Scouting and Recruiting Advisor Specialists

Paramount Scouting Bureau was founded by Ronald Vrana as an extension of his athletic scouting and personal recruiting advisor services.  Since 1996, Vrana has been assisting students in all sports through the recruiting process.  He has assisted over 1700 student-athletes placing them into junior colleges, all divisions of the NAIA and NCAA, and baseball players to all levels of independent, affiliate and international professional baseball.

Working with Paramount Scouting Bureau gives your son or daughter a definite advantage in the recruiting business. Our success in placing athletes in the best colleges is a result of our academics-first approach to the recruiting process.

College prospects who work with Vrana and his staff are more likely to:

Receive more contacts from college coaches.
Receive more scholarship offers.
Receive scholarships and grants significantly higher than other prospects.
Attend more prestigious colleges.
Have better playing opportunities as a freshman.
Remain at and graduate from the college where they started.
Graduate within four years with a reputable degree.
Enter the workforce at a salary above the average for graduates in their field.

If these are factors important to you when selecting a college, then you are the type of athlete and family that we take pride in representing.

Paramount Scouting Bureau to Hold Evaluation Days

Paramount Scouting Bureau will run Evaluation Days starting in 2013. What changes does this bring? Nothing to how Paramount Scouting Bureau runs its events, but it will provide parents a better understanding of how they are being misled by opportunists in the youth sports industry.

As we have for nearly 20 years, Paramount Scouting Bureau will continue to run the best events in the country for evaluating talent.  Our professional scouts will continue to evaluate athletes and show then how to improve their game to become true college prospects.  Athletes will continue to receive a complete evaluation of their skills that they can use to present information to college coaches and use as a  baseline for improving their skills.

Paramount Scouting Bueau will not continue use the term showcase,  To learn why, click here.
